These terms govern services provided by Crisp Visions LTD, a UK video production company. The version in force at the time of booking applies.
Crisp Visions LTD provides video production and photography for founder films, weddings, corporate, sport and creative work. Scope, deliverables and timelines are set in the quote or agreement for each project. Typical delivery is 4–12 weeks unless agreed otherwise. Raw footage is not included unless purchased.
A booking is confirmed by a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit of 20–50%. The balance is due as stated in the agreement. Late balances may attract 2% per month. Cancellations more than 14 days before the shoot: deposit retained. Within 14 days: the full fee may apply. Travel beyond 30 miles of our London base is charged as incurred.
Crisp Visions retains copyright in the work. Clients receive a licence for personal or commercial use as specified in the agreement. We may use the work in our portfolio, website and social channels unless a separate confidentiality agreement says otherwise. Clients are responsible for model releases and location permissions.
Films and stills are delivered digitally. We carry public liability insurance. We are not responsible for missed shots caused by access, weather, or factors outside our control. Drone work is flown by a CAA-qualified pilot and only where permitted.
